Facilitation, Convening, & Field Building
Facilitation, Convening, and Field Building helps groups move from conversation to coordinated action.
Our work goes beyond
facilitation alone.
We design and guide processes that build alignment, trust, and shared ownership across diverse stakeholders. This includes creating space for honest dialogue, navigating complexity, and ensuring all voices—especially those most impacted—are meaningfully included. We help groups move past ideas into clear decisions, defined roles, and sustained collaboration. The result is not just a productive meeting, but a stronger ecosystem capable of advancing shared goals over time.

Facilitation & Professional Development
CASE STUDY
In 2024, we worked with Gary Community Ventures to lead and facilitate the Youth-to-Youth Peer Support Program community of practice. With goals around increasing credentialing of staff and youth as well as increasing sustainable funds for this programming, we worked with 6 community based organizations in the Denver Metro area to help them increase their capacity to support youth and collaborate across programming.

Your Questions, Answered

We work across a wide range of formats: strategic planning & data retreats, cross-sector working groups, community listening sessions, coalition meetings, peer learning exchanges, professional development and large-scale field convenings. Whether it's 12 people in a room, 200 in a conference hall, or 50 on Zoom, we design for meaningful engagement and tangible outcomes. It can be a brief session, such as an hour-long virtual session, or a multi-day in-person engagement.
-
Field building is the work of strengthening an entire ecosystem of organizations, practitioners, and leaders around a shared issue or practice area. You might need it if you're trying to grow a movement, establish shared language and standards across your sector, or build the collective capacity of organizations working on similar challenges. It's a longer-term investment — and a powerful one.

Good facilitation starts long before the meeting begins. We invest time upfront to understand the group's dynamics, goals, and potential points of tension. We design agendas and processes intentionally, and we debrief with clients afterward to make sure the outcomes translate into action.
Building Pathways That Last
We work across education systems, government agencies, nonprofits, and philanthropy to turn ideas into programs that operate in real communities. Our work is grounded in data, shaped by community voice, and built to last.
