March 31, 2026 – IDG Founder & Principal Consultant Kelly Mitchell is featured in an episode of Dr. Asia Lyons’ award-winning podcast The Exit Interview: A Podcast for Black Educators. In the episode, Kelly discusses the “tax” on Black Educators, her experiences as a teacher and administrator, and finding wellness and balance in the community.
Dr. Lyons’ The Exit Interview has been approved as the first podcast collection to be archived at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture.
