Youth Behavioral Health Summit

May 1, 2026 – Inclusive Design Group sourced funding and helped plan the Youth Behavioral Health Summit, which is an interactive event where high school students learn practical skills for managing stress, building confidence, and improving relationships. Students from all seven Aurora Public Schools high schools and CEC Aurora participated in hands-on workshops, explored mental health careers, and gained real-world tools for both personal growth and future success. This summit was part of a P-TECH project and was coordinated and presented in partnership with: Aurora Public Schools, Colorado Early Colleges Aurora, Community College of Aurora, Pickens Technical College, Young Aspiring Americans for Social & Political Activism (YAASPA), Colorado Providers Association (COPA), Michelle Simmons Counseling, Sparkle LLC, and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
